1. Welcome & Scheduling
Within 24 hours, you’will receive a welcome call/text to schedule your first personal training session and select your group class times.
2. Initial Assessment
Your first session is a one-on-one assessment with Coach Johnny. We’ll review your goals, movement patterns, current fitness level, and any limitations so we can build your personalized plan.
3. Your Custom Plan
Based on your assessment, we’ll map out your 6-week strategy — what to focus on, how to progress, and what success looks like for you.
